Because generally your service is excellent. However it is impossible to find a live link to the Accurx form to contact a doctor. On the three occasions I have used this before I have had to ring the receptionist to ask for help finding the link! It is impossible to find. The one place I can click on the word (unhighlighted) it leads to a permission form for text reminders. Please would you make this easier.

I recently had an appt with Dr Martyn Richard’s and he was extremely kind and supportive. The first doctor I’ve seen in a long time to offer me empathy and support. 5 minutes of his time really helped me.
